Open library → select game
Open context menu Manage → Browse Local Files
Find game .exe file without "_win64" (hl2mp, cstrike, tf) and make shortcut
Open shortcut properties and add arguments -steam -force32bit in the end of the target property
Run shortcut
Make sure you have Install Visual C++ 14 installed
Make sure you are running the x86 version of the game and followed the steps above correctly
